Mary,
Queen of Angels has designed a "levels of care" ladder
for your personal needs. The following criteria will help determine
the level of care that may be required. Residents may or may
not require all services in any given level.
LEVEL
A - Entry Level
This
level is designed for the resident who is able to maintain a
high degree of independence, but will benefit from the structured
lifestyle that a twenty-four hour supervised program offers.
Residents will receive twenty-four hour monitoring by qualified
care givers. Verbal reminders for activities of daily living
(ADLs) including verbal prompts for eating and personal hygiene,
and occasional verbal direction to maintain appropriate social
and verbal behaviors.

LEVEL
B - Minimal
This
level is for residents who may require minimal personal care assistance
with various activities of daily living. Medication monitoring is included at this level.
[Monthly base rental fee plus $300.00]
Level
C - Daily
All
aspects of level B will be met, in addition to daily
hands-on assistance with activities of daily living. Also included
in this level are residents requiring services of a licensed
nurse and/or special therapeutic diets.
[Base monthly rental fee plus $600.00]
Level D- Maximum
Level D is reserved for the resident who needs maximum assistance as allowed by the State of Tennessee assisted living regulations.
(Base monthly rental fee plus $900.00)
Memory
Impaired Care
Our
Memory Impaired Unit provides the same amenities as the rest
of Mary, Queen of Angels, but with specific features and services
to meet the needs of individuals dealing with various forms
of dementia. Daily assistance includes all elements of our regular
Assisted Living, while providing programs for memory impairment
in an environment that is secure for these residents.
